Registration Fee payment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This is a one-time per academic semester membership or Monthly Membership payable for each student who enrolls in one or more of our classes.
Membership Fees for each semester must be paid at time of first class each semester. Unless charter school funds are used; in which case, certificates, vouchers, and purchase orders must be received at the time of the first class each semester.
The parent/guardian is financially responsible for all classes a student is enrolled in at Adventure Oak and it is their responsibility to ensure Adventure Oak has the proper documentation to bill your charter school.
Full tuition is collected for all classes. All classes are year long classes, unless otherwise described in the class description. Fees listed for classes are per semester. Once a student is enrolled in a Fall class, they will automatically be enrolled in the same class for the Spring Semester so they do not lose their space in the class.
